摘要 目的: 探讨涎腺腺样囊性癌嗜神经性的相关临床病理因素。方法:对50例涎腺腺样囊性癌进行组织分型,嗜神经性观察,同时应用免疫组织化学方法对S-100、神经特异性烯醇酶及神经细胞粘附分子的表达与该肿瘤嗜神经性关系进行研究。结果: 涎腺腺样囊性癌嗜神经性与组织分型,S-100蛋白,神经特异性烯醇酶的表达及二者的共同表达无明显关系(P>0.05),而与神经细胞粘附分子的表达密切相关(P<0.05)。结论: 涎腺腺样囊性癌嗜神经性与神经细胞粘附分子的表达密切相关,该肿瘤细胞分泌了神经细胞粘附分子,因而获得了神经亲和性,进而侵袭神经。

Study of Clinical Pathology on Neurotropism of Salivary Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma

ABSTRACT Objective: We studied the relative factors of clinical pathology about neurotropism of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma(SACC).Methods: (1)50 cases of ASCC were classified,and neurotropism of SACC was observed.(2)The relationship between neurotropism of SACC and Expressions of S-100,neuron specific enolase(NSE) and neural cell adhesionmolecule(NCAM) were studied with immunohistochemical method.Results: The relation between neurotropism of SACC and tissue typing was not be found (P>0.05).There were not significant relationship between neruotropism of SACC and expressions of S-100 and NSE(P>0.05),while there was close relationship between neruotropism of SACC and expression of NCAM(P<0.05).Conclusion: There is a close relationship between neurotropism of SACC and expression of NCAM.The tumor cells secrete NCAM,which acquires neurotropism and further invade nerves,this may be one of mechanism of molecular biology about neurotropism of SACC.
